If you would like to meet people, make new friends, keep active, help others, receive some help yourself, build confidence or accompany someone you care for we would love you to join us.
We are also looking for volunteers to help run group activities and to help the group, if you are looking to develop your skills, please come along or call Bill on 01228 674 950 for more information.
